Right before the 2019 season, I tore my hamstring and spent the June and July tournaments sidelined. Luckily there was a job I could do from there. A job I was going to do like no one who came before me. A job that needed me as much as I needed it. In the summer of 2019, I found my true calling: running the Brooklyn Book Club Twitter account.

Even after I was cleared to play again, I held a tight grip on the account. But this summer I must finally hand over the reigns and the passwords while I take on a new role as co-captain.
